The calorie intake each day will need to be no more than 1200 for the individual that is on this diet.
During the next 30-day period, you can have the whole or instant oatmeal in your diet, but add in regular meals each day into your diet. You can now have up to 1300 calories each day. You can add a small fruit snack and some uncooked vegetables into your diet as a healthy snack. Make sure the snacks are good for you. After the 30 days are up start on a regular diet and you can have a single meal and your choice of healthy snack daily.
The next step is to start an exercise regimen each day for about thirty minutes a day. Make sure to drink plenty of water during this time. Carry out this diet for 30 days and then after that time start moving over to a diet that is low in fat with oatmeal. Start adding some fish and chicken into your diet and plenty of vegetables and fruits. The oatmeal diet plan has worked for many people, although it must be followed each day and of course each individual is different on how much weight that they will loose.
